Information we process

Rift Clearance does not require account registration and does not ask for your legal name, identity documents, phone number, or precise location. During normal use, the game may process browser type, device information, page access logs, error logs, room code, temporary client identifier, game-state sync data, and feedback you voluntarily send.

Game-state sync data usually includes player position, direction, firing state, health, downed state, enemy list, bullets, pickups, kill count, room start time, and Director spawn commands.

Game rooms and online data

When you create or join an A1/A2/B room, the system generates a room code and uses Cloudflare Worker with Durable Objects to sync room state, player state, enemy spawn commands, health, kill count, and progress. This data is used to make the same room playable; it is not intended to identify your real-world identity.

Mobile auto-aim is calculated inside the browser game logic for the current run. It does not require contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or other sensitive device permissions.

Local storage and cache

The game may use browser cache, Service Worker, IndexedDB, or localStorage to store model assets, temporary client identifiers, and site resources. This reduces repeated downloads and improves loading speed.

You can clear these items through your browser settings. The game can still run after clearing cache, but the next visit may need to download assets again.

Advertising and third-party services

If advertising services are added, ad partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, and frequency control. Google and other ad providers may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your settings and their policies.

The site currently runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process necessary network requests, security signals, performance data, and access logs according to its own policies.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself mainly relies on browser cache and temporary identifiers to improve gameplay. Future advertising, analytics, or abuse-prevention services may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, or device information for ads, frequency control, statistics, and security checks.

How information is used

We use the information described above to provide game features, maintain online rooms, troubleshoot errors, protect service security, understand overall usage, optimize loading performance, and meet ad or compliance needs if ads are added.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with hosting, network, security, analytics, or advertising service providers to run the site, provide online features, analyze issues, or show ads.

Your choices

You can clear browser cache, restrict third-party cookies, turn off personalized ads, or stop using online rooms. You may also use solo mode without creating or joining a room.

If you submit a privacy request by email, we will try to assist within a reasonable scope.

Children's privacy

The game is intended for a general audience and does not intentionally collect personal identity information from children. If a guardian believes a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Data retention

Temporary room data is retained only for short-term room synchronization. Browser cache remains on your device until you clear it or it expires. Server and security logs are handled according to service provider retention practices.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when features, advertising services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page.
